Hedgerow Daiquiri

for Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

Light and delicate rum is enhanced by hedgerow berries with perfumed rose floating across the top,  

 

Glass

Martini or coupe

Ingredients

60ml 3 year old white rum 

15ml wild hedgerow & rose shrub

5ml lemon juice

Directions

1. Mix rum, shrub and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake well
4. Strain into glass
