Ingredients

35ml blanco tequila

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

15ml lime juice

150ml lager or pale ale

Salt

Ice

Directions

1. Blitz the tequila, shrub, lime juice and salt in a blender
2. Pour into glass
3. Add beer slowly
4. Stir gently
