Lemon & Rose Sour

for Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

Sweet grape, sharp berry, sour lemon and fragrant rose lend a great balance and drinkability to this summertime sour.

Ingredients

50ml red Grape juice

25ml Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml aquafaba or 1 egg white

Directions

1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake well
4. Strain into glass with fresh ice
