Doffing our hats to Dale DeGroff, who made the Cosmopolitan what it is today, our variant swaps out cranberry, Cointreau and lime for Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub and lemon. The result is a more perfumed variation on the original, and we believe no less satisfying.

60ml Vodka

25ml Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

5ml Lemon Juice

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake well
4. Strain into glass
