A heady aroma of cardamom leads to a bittersweet forward palate; a racy acidity gives high drinkability with a clean, yet lingering finish.
Fabulous on its own with soda water, this shrub is equally as happy mixing it with a range of spirits particularly bourbon.
Our favourite serves: Manhattan. Alcohol free – Apple & Cardamom Sour.
