Balanced aroma of pineapple, caramel with hints of ginger. The combination of cooked pineapple caramel and the heat of ginger, gives good body and is well complemented by the sourness of the vinegar. Finish is rich, long and intense.
Use as the base for a Pineapple & Ginger Cobbler or Virgin Pina Colada. This shrub has a natural affinity with all rums - be it white in a daiquiri or golden and dark in a Mai Tai.
