Blood Orange Old Fashioned

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

The slightly sweet notes of the bourbon blend well with the bitter, sweet notes of our Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub. This is a refined and simple version of the classic Old Fashioned requiring just two ingredients

Ingredients

75ml bourbon, or try a Canadian whisky such as Signal Hill

15ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

Directions

1. Mix the two ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Stir until ice cold
4. Strain into a rocks glass with plenty of large cubes of ice
