Ingredients
50ml demerara rum - we used El Dorado 5 yr old
25ml bittersweet apple & cardamom
1 egg white or 25ml aquafaba
Good quality dry cyder - we used Aspall Premier Cru
Directions
- Blend the rum, shrub and egg white / aquafaba in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Strain into an ice filled glass
- Top with cyder
