Blood Orange Pisco Sour

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

Pisco loves a bit of citrus, and this is a great combo to make the point.

Ingredients

50ml Pisco

15ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

15ml lemon juice

25ml of aquafaba or 1 egg white

dash of angostura bitters

 

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass
5. Add Angostura Bitters to finish
