Pineapple Daiquifree

for Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

We love a Daiquiri at Shrub HQ so finding a satisfying alcohol free version had always been on our radar. The sweet sour balance of caramelised pineapple with the lime and cyder vinegar in the shrub plus a little heat from the ginger, makes for a great alcohol free alternative to the original  

Glass

Martini or coupe

Ingredients

100ml coconut water

25ml Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

10ml line juice

Directions

1. Measure all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake well
3. Strain into glass
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime peel
