BRANDY ROSE FLIP

for Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

We have become slightly enamoured of the flip - an ancient drink with more than an egg nogg vibe. Brandy and rose are a great combination; delivered in such a velvety and luxurious way and with a light dusting of chocolate, you have a riot of eastern promise meets winter wonderland.

Ingredients

60ml Brandy

15ml Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

1 egg

Directions

1. Combine the rum and shrub in a cocktail shaker
2. Crack the egg in as well and dry shake (no ice)
3. Add ice and shake again (wet shake)
4. Strain into glass 
5. Dust with some dark chocolate
