50ml bourbon

25ml caramelised pineapple & ginger shrub

30ml soda water

Dash of angostura bitters

Directions

  1. Blend bourbon and shrub in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into glass with fresh ice
  4. Add soda water and bitters
