50ml bourbon
25ml caramelised pineapple & ginger shrub
30ml soda water
Dash of angostura bitters
Directions
- Blend bourbon and shrub in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake
- Strain into glass with fresh ice
- Add soda water and bitters
