for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

A super simple serve, the addition of the shrub elevates the trusty gin and tonic into the realms of a cocktail - think of a beefed up Aperol Spritz and you won't be far off.

Stemmed / bowl

Ingredients

50ml gin

25 ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

150ml tonic water

Directions

1. Combine gin, shrub and tonic water in a glass
2. Stir well
3. Add ice
4. Garnish with orange or lemon wedge
