Hot Cross Rum

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

Spiced rum and a big slug of citrus is always going to please, serving it warm though, that takes it into a different dimension. Ideally suited for the long Easter weekend, roll it out whenever the moment calls for a hot serve.

Ingredients

50ml spiced rum

50ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

100ml hot water

Directions

1. Measure rum and shrub into glass
2. Add hot water
