An unexpected combination at Shrub HQ, we have become rather enamoured - perfumed hints of rose petals interweave with spicy notes of ginger, this has great body and the berries offer a great foil to the heat from the beer.

Ingredients

20ml Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

200ml Lixir Ginger Beer

15ml lemon juice

Directions

1. Measure the shrub in to the glass
2. Add ginger beer
3. Add ice
4. Garnish with lemon peel strip
