The Smoking Nun
Lapsang Souchong tea lends this mix a smoky note that reminds of Islay malt or mezcal. The spice of the cardamom and the heat of the ginger are harmoniously balanced and mix well with the smoky notes of the tea. As at home by the fireside as in the warm rays of a sunset, this is one of our favourite mixes.

Directions
- Brew your lapsang souchong tea and cool
- Blend the tea and shrub in a shaker or jar
- Add ice and stir well
- Strain into glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with ginger ale
