Harvey Wallbanger

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

Essentially a beefed up Screwdriver in its simplest form, the addition of Galliano with its infusions of  anise, juniper berry, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon and its trademark vanilla flavour makes a Harvey Wallbanger an aromatic and seductive cocktail - and super simple to make.

Ingredients

50ml vodka

25ml Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

15ml Galliano

100ml Soda Water or Mineral Water

Directions

1. Blend the vodka, shrub and Galliano in a cocktail shaker
2. Shake hard
3. Strain into a glass with fresh ice
4. Top with soda or mineral water
5. Garnish with orange peel
