The wonderful mousse of naturally fermented kombucha rightly gives it a Champagne association. Add a splash of our Wild Hedgerow and Rose and you have a delightful, floral and light non alcoholic cocktail.

15ml wild hedgerow and rose shrub

125ml Royal Flush kombucha

Directions

1. Measure shrub into your glass
2. Top with kombucha
