Fruit and berry additions to beer is a European tradition, and this version is a twist on the French addition of grenadine to lager - although in this instance, richer and more fragrant. It's become quite the favourite at Shrub HQ

Ingredients

25ml Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

330ml bottle Peroni Libera (any European AF lager will suffice)

Directions

1. Measure shrub into glass
2. Top with beer
3. Stir well
