To all intents and purposes a Negroni with the gin swapped out for tequila. The use of Mezcal lends an earthy smokiness that makes this a firm pre-dinner favourite at Shrub HQ

Ingredients

15ml blanco tequila

15ml mezcal

20ml wild hedgerow & rose shrub

30ml extra dry vermouth

Directions

1. Fill glass with ice cubes
2. Pour in tequila's, shrub and vermouth 
3. Stir for 10-15 seconds
