Orange Espresso Martini

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

Hard to pull an alcohol free espresso off without it just being a cold coffee. The addition of the shrub gives the coffee weight and complexity with a hint of chocolate orange

Ingredients

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

100ml strong coffee

Directions

1. Make your coffee strong and chill
2. Blend chilled coffee and shrub in a cocktail shaker
3. Add ice
4. Shake well and strain into glass
5. Garnish with a coffee bean or 2.
