for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

Classic gin cocktail from the eponymous and legendary Rangoon Bar, this is an intense yet extremely approachable cocktail that really has aged well,

Ingredients

60ml gin

20ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

1 tsp fresh lime juice

2-3 drops angostura bitters to serve

Directions

1. Blend ingredients bar bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into glass
4. Add angostura bitters
5. Garnish with a twist of lime
