for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

The addition of egg white or aquafaba lends a seductive creaminess to this ageless cocktail. The use of tonic water lends a great twist. Perhap you can improve on perfection.

Ingredients

50ml vodka

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

1 egg white or 25ml aquafaba

100ml tonic water

Directions

1. Combine vodka, shrub and egg white / aquafaba in a cocktail shaker
2. Dry shake (without ice)
3. Add ice and shake (wet shake)
4. Strain into ice filled glass
5. Top with tonic water
