We love the combination of pink grapefruit and pineapple. Sharp, sweet, rich, and rewarding - a great lunchtime aperitif.

Ingredients

25ml Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

150ml Fentimans pink grapefruit tonic water

 

Directions

1. Measure shrub into glass.
2. Top with pink grapefruit tonic water
3. Add ice
4. Stir well
5. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel
