for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

In our humble opinion, one of the finest cocktails ever created, showcasing what great mixology is all about. Just three ingredients is all you need to make something extraordinarily tasty - or in our case, just the 2, the shrub doing the legwork of the Triple Sec and lemon juice.

 

Glass

Martini or coupe

Ingredients

60ml Cognac

15ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub 

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass
