 In our humble opinion, one of the finest cocktails ever created, showcasing what great mixology is all about. Just three ingredients is all you need to make something extraordinarily tasty.

 

Glass

Martini or coupe with sugared rim

Ingredients

60ml Cognac

15ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

10ml lemon juice

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass
