Wonderful bitterness balanced by the citrus sweetness of our Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub, supported ably by the Campari, Sweet Vermouth and still allowing the Gin to come through.

Ingredients

25ml gin

25ml Sweet Vermouth

15ml Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

10ml Campari

Directions

1. Stir ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Strain into a wine glass
3. Garnish with orange peel
