Apple & Cardamom Sour

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon and Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom - 2 Flavour Set

A bitter, sweet and spicy alcohol free sour, this is one of our go to serves. Rich, intense, gently aromatic with a wonderful mouthfeel and satisfyingly long finish.

 

Glass

Chilled coupe or liqueur

Ingredients

50ml apple juice (not from concentrate)

25ml bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub

25ml aquafaba or 1 egg white

squeeze of lime

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake well
3. Strain into chilled glass
