A Mojito is one of the most ubiquitous cocktails around, and its popularity has sometimes led to questionable interpretations. It may therefore seem a risky venture to try and make an alcohol-free version, but we think this recipe from our good friend Cocktail Circus is a fine take on the original.

Ingredients

30ml Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom Shrub

10ml lime juice

10 mint leaves

3 drops chilli bitters

Top up ginger ale

Directions

Fill your glass with crushed ice
Clap the mint and add the rest of the ingredients
Garnish with a chilli head and a mint bouquet
