25ml Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom Shrub

150ml Fever Tree Clementine Tonic Water 

 

Directions

1. Measure shrub into glass
2. Add tonic water
3. Stir well
4. Add ice
5. Garnish with dried orange wheel
