Pineapple Lime Zinger

for Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

Lime and pineapple work so well together, and here is a great example of them at work. Bright zesty with a rich undertone of caramel and pineapple.

25ml Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

200ml bottle Fever Tree Mexican Lime Soda

Directions

1. Measure shrub into glass
2. Add Mexican lime soda water
3. Stir well
4. Add ice
