BLOOD ORANGE SOUR

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

 A delightful and seductive alcohol free cocktail, all bitter, sweet and sour with the wonderful mouth filling texture brought by shaking with an egg white / aquafaba

Ingredients

50ml coconut water

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

15ml lemon juice

25ml aquafaba or 1 egg white

 

Directions

1. Pour ingredients in to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass containing fresh ice
