A nifty and stylish alcohol free cocktail inspired by Paul Bevan from The Gallivant in Sussex. The addition of coconut water and de-gassed tonic water gently elevates the spicy notes of the cardamom.
50ml coconut water
25ml bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub
100ml tonic water
- Blend ingredients in a cocktail shaker or jug with ice
- Stir lightly yet purposefully
- Strain into glass
