for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon and Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom - 2 Flavour Set

A combination that took us a little by surprise at Shrub HQ. We'll try anything that comes out of the head of Stu Bale at Crucible, but this one we approached slightly cautiously. It has a slight boiled sweet character but in an oh so good way - a luxuriously decadent trip down memory with hints of spice, passionfruit and heady floral and berry notes. Super moreish.

Ingredients

25ml bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub

15ml Monins passionfruit syrup

200ml Fever Tree's raspberry & rose soda

Directions

1. Measure shrub and syrup into glass
2. Top with raspberry & rose soda
3. Stir well
4. Add ice
5. Garnish with berries
