Step up Caleno Light & Zesty - a tropical non alcohol spirit, which does a capital job of stepping in for the usual white rum. We're fans, both of the spirit and this little treasure - a tropical English hedgerow of a cocktail.

Ingredients

60ml Caleno Light & Zesty

15ml wild hedgerow & rose shrub

5ml lime juice

Directions

1. Measure all the ingredients in to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass
5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist
