Pineapple Pisco Sour

for Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

Pineapple, ginger and lime bring an earthy refinement to this classic sour.

Ingredients

50ml Pisco

20ml caramelised pineapple & ginger shrub

10ml lime juice

 1 egg white or 25ml aquafaba

 

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice
3. Shake until cold
4. Strain into glass
