Livs Rum Punch

for Caramelised Pineapple & Ginger Shrub

A desert island in a glass - the range of rums gives great breadth of flavour with the richness of the shrubs giving complimentary tropical and citrus foundation. Make one for yourself, or multiply the ingredients up in a jug to share with friends.

Ingredients

30ml 3 year old rum

15ml dark rum

10ml coconut rum

20ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

20ml caramelised pineapple & ginger shrub

140ml soda water

Directions

1. Blend all the ingredients bar the soda water in glass or jug
2. Stir well
3. Add ice, lemon, lime and orange slices to the punch
4. Top with the soda water
