Mediterranean St Clements Tonic

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

A complex and moreish variation on the traditional St Clement's, hints of rosemary and Mediterranean herbs add to the citrus backbone of the Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub.

Ingredients

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

150ml Mediterranean tonic water 

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in glass
2. Add ice
3. Stir well
4. Garnish with lemon and orange wedges
