Rose Martini

for Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub

Perhaps the monarch of all cocktails, it has a place in the heart of all drinkers. It showcases almost above all others the art of the blend - when done well, nothing can touch it. Just 2 ingredients are all it requires, traditionally gin and vermouth, we find substituting the latter for our Wild Hedgerow & Rose Shrub has an uplifting and ethereal effect - an English garden in a glass.

Ingredients

60ml Gin

15ml wild hedgerow & rose shrub

Directions

1. Measure the gin and shrub into a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice
3. Stir for 15 seconds
4. Strain into glass
