Prosecco Spritz

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon Shrub

This is a wonderful summertime spritz, and economical to boot. Say it quietly but there is some questionable Prosecco out there and this is a way to put it to great effect. Full of sunshine, just like a spritz should be. Works equally well with Champagne and Cava.

Glass

Champagne or flute

Ingredients

50ml Prosecco

25ml blood orange & bitter lemon shrub

75ml soda water

Directions

1. Measure shrub and Prosecco into glass
2. Stir
3. Add ice
4. Top with soda water
5. Garnish with orange wheel or slice
