Tequila & Cardamom Tonic

for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon and Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom - 2 Flavour Set

 

Smoky and earthy Reposado tequila cosies up to bitter, sweet and spicy Apple & Cardamom Shrub. A great long drink topped with tonic water and a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients

35ml reposado tequila - we used Ocho

25ml bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub

Tonic water

Directions

1. Mix tequila and shrub in a glass
2. Stir well
3. Add ice
4. Top with tonic water
5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
