for Blood Orange & Bitter Lemon and Bittersweet Apple & Cardamom - 2 Flavour Set

 

Nicholas de Soto's original version packs a mighty punch, with two other potent potables. We've toned it down a bit, swapping out the sherry for our bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub, which complements the Mezcal beautifully. Spicy, smoky and very welcoming.

Ingredients

50ml VSOP Cognac

15ml Mezcal

20ml bittersweet apple & cardamom shrub

Directions

1. Blend ingredients in a shaker
2. Add ice
3. Stir until cold
4. Strain into glass
